I love celebrating Lunar New Year and I’m excited to welcome the Year of the Rabbit, but it can also be a fairly stressful time of the year. While I always look forward to spending time with loved ones, I feel a lot of pressure to make the perfect meal, which is tough when trying to keep on top of work, parenting, and everything else going on. Luckily I found a way to make things way easier this year.
A few months ago, a friend introduced me to Umamicart, an online grocery store offering a carefully curated selection of hundreds of Asian products and ingredients. They were perfectly juicy, the seasoning was delicious, and the texture of the wrappers was great - much better than other store-bought versions I’ve tried in the past. If this recipe were any indication of Umamicart’s overall quality, I was sold.
Now that I’m creating my Lunar New Year meal plan, I’m using the great ingredients and recipes from Umamicart to ensure that dinner is as delicious (and easy!) as possible.
